The Firm
From legal advice to an integrated approach to governance and risk management
Overview
Founded as a business law firm, our practice has gradually evolved its mission to advise company leaders and governance bodies on the decisions that shape the growth, performance and sustainability of their businesses over the long term. We help secure these decisions by anticipating the legal, compliance, organisational and strategic risks that may affect them, before they compromise the company’s objectives.
Our work is based on a multidisciplinary analysis of the governance decisions that shape a company over the long term. This approach strengthens the quality and robustness of decisions, prevents the risks likely to affect the company and, when they materialise, allows us to recommend the most suitable solutions.
When companies face legal, compliance, organisational or governance risks or difficulties, we work alongside their leaders to analyse the situation and help design the most suitable solutions. Where circumstances require, we also represent them before the administrative authorities and the competent courts in order to defend their interests effectively.
